Shredded to the core 4 Months to 2 Years Transformation
This is my very own workout routine. I achieved the first phase of my transformation in 4 months over the summer, starting in the month of April at 160 lbs and gained 20 lbs by August which kept me at 180 lbs over the span of summer. I still remember how surprised and amazed everyone was on the first day of school on that month of August, seeing the skinny guy who changed from the picture on the far left to the middle picture you see above. It felt really good, and from then I continued training and following my routine (Marvin's workout routine), and I have made gradual change from the middle picture at 180 lbs to the right picture at 193 lbs over a total of 2 years. I am really happy for the changes I have made up to this day, and glad to see that people using my routine are making even better changes to their body.

I am a college student, who was really never into fitness until I met Marvin, whom I think looks amazing. When I contacted him to ask how he did it, He told me that it did not take too much or too long to look the way I want. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How soon will i start to see results?
You will see progress within the first few weeks. This is a stabilisation phase so for some people this is slower or faster than others. After 2 weeks it then really accelerates as we learn your body.
Can i still eat out?
Yes of course this can be factored into your plan. As long as you let me know in good time, i can advise you on how to adjust your plan that week.
Can it be combined with day/night shifts?
Yes, the schedules are adapted to your lifestyle. Day and night shifts do not have to have an adverse effect on the result, of course this is taken into account when drawing up the schedules.
Can i still enjoy holiday’s?
Yes, separate strategies are being applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress.
I can’t take tupperware to work. Is this a problem?
Yes, the coaching is based on macronutrients. This means you are not obliged to eat one product. This makes it possible to eat 'normal' food and still get results.
I don’t like certain foods. Will this be taken into account?
Yes, the coaching way allows you to keep eating as you always did in moderation and still get results.
